What people usually ask
If yours is missing, write to us and we will answer it, with no salesperson in between.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You pay monthly and can leave whenever you like. If you go, we hand you a full copy of your site, your database and your email so you can set it up wherever you want.
How long does a migration take?
An ordinary site, the same day. If there is a lot of accumulated email it can take two or three days, because mailboxes are copied message by message so nothing is lost and nothing gets marked as read that was not. Your site keeps working throughout.
Is anti-DDoS an add-on?
No, it is included on every plan. Mitigation happens on the network, before traffic reaches your server, so it never eats into your site's resources.
Who answers when I contact support?
Someone on the team with server access and the authority to fix the problem. No tiers, no escalations, and no explaining the same thing three times.
What if my site outgrows the plan?
You move up a plan without reinstalling anything or changing address. If shared hosting falls short, the natural next step is a VPS, and we handle that migration too.
Do you take backups?
Yes, daily and stored off the server itself, which is the part that matters: a copy on the same disk is worthless the day the disk fails. Restoring is just a matter of asking.
