Hosteate provides domain registration, web hosting, VPS server and business email services. Accessing and using this website, as well as purchasing any of the services offered, confers the status of user and implies full acceptance of this legal notice.

The user undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the website and of the services purchased, in accordance with applicable law, this legal notice and generally accepted good practice. Using Hosteate's services for the following is prohibited:

• Hosting or distributing content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent or that infringes the rights of third parties.
• Sending unsolicited communications (spam) or carrying out phishing activities.
• Launching attacks, unauthorised scans or other activities that compromise the security of third parties.
• Distributing malicious software or taking part in botnets.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or cancellation of the service, without prejudice to any other legal action that may apply.

The customer is solely responsible for the content, the configuration and the use they make of the services.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of this website, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under the applicable consumer and user protection legislation.
