2. What Kit Digital is
Kit Digital is a Government of Spain grant programme for the digitalisation of small businesses, micro-businesses and self-employed people. It is run by the public body Red.es and funded by the European Union’s NextGenerationEU funds, within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
A business that meets the requirements receives a digital voucher and uses it to buy digitalisation solutions —a website, an online shop, cybersecurity…— from a digitalisation agent registered in the programme. Both parties sign a digitalisation solutions agreement; the beneficiary assigns the grant to the agent, and Red.es pays it to the agent once the solution has been delivered and evidenced. The beneficiary only pays, where applicable, the VAT and anything above the grant amount.

3. Application and programme status
Our application
Hosteate Solutions S.L. is not yet a registered digitalisation agent and is not listed in the Catalogue of Digitalisation Agents. We are preparing our application, which has not yet been submitted to Red.es.
Until our application is approved we cannot sign digitalisation solutions agreements or redeem digital vouchers. This page describes the solutions we will offer within the programme and their scope; we will update this section as soon as we submit the application.
The programme today (October 2026)
The calls for businesses to apply for the digital voucher are closed. They ended on 31 December 2024 for segments I and II, on 30 June 2025 for segments IV and V, and on 31 October 2025 for segment III. A new voucher cannot be requested today.
Registration of digitalisation agents remains open for as long as the programme lasts. Order TDF/39/2026 provides for Red.es to reinvest any unspent funds in Kit Digital and to issue new award proposals for applications that ran out of budget, but as of this review no new call has been published.
The calls, deadlines and amounts in force are always those published by acelerapyme.gob.es and the Red.es e-office.
4. Beneficiary requirements
Under the programme rules, to apply for the digital voucher the business or self-employed person must, among other requirements:
- Be a small business, micro-business or self-employed person with its tax domicile in Spain.
- Be registered in the Spanish census of businesses, professionals and withholders, with the minimum trading history set by the call for its segment.
- Not be considered an undertaking in difficulty.
- Be up to date with its tax and Social Security obligations.
- Not be subject to an outstanding recovery order following a previous European Commission decision.
- Not be subject to any of the prohibitions on becoming a beneficiary under the Spanish General Grants Act.
- Not exceed the de minimis aid ceiling.
- Have completed the Acelera pyme digital self-assessment test.

5. Segments and amounts
The segment depends on the beneficiary’s number of employees and sets the maximum amount of the digital voucher.

6. Solutions we offer
For each category we give the name of our solution, its price, the minimum requirements set by the programme and how we meet them, the segments it is aimed at with their maximum grant, and the territory covered.
All of them also include what the programme requires of every solution:
- Service for 12 months, in two phases: implementation (up to 3 months) and maintenance for the rest of the year.
- Incident support by phone and email, resolved within 24 hours.
- Training for the beneficiary on using the solution, including personal data protection.

We design, publish and host the beneficiary’s company website, with its own domain, SSL certificate and a content management system so it can update the site without depending on us.

We build the beneficiary’s online shop on our hosting, load its catalogue and set up payments and shipping so it can start selling from day one.

7. What we do not offer
The programme has more solution categories. We do not offer the following because they are not among the services Hosteate Solutions S.L. provides, and we would rather say so plainly:
Social media managementWe do not manage social media profiles or posts.
Customer managementWe do not sell a CRM meeting this category’s requirements.
Business intelligence and analyticsWe do not provide data analytics services.
Process managementWe do not sell process management software.
E-invoicingWe do not sell e-invoicing software.
Virtual office services and toolsOur business email does not include the collaboration tools or the terabyte of storage this category requires.
Secure communicationsWe do not provide managed business VPN services.
Cybersecurity and secure workstationWe do not sell antivirus or device protection.

8. How to purchase
- The beneficiary checks the requirements, takes the Acelera pyme self-assessment test and applies for the digital voucher on the Red.es e-office.
- Once the voucher is granted, it chooses the solution category and a registered digitalisation agent from the Catalogue.
- Agent and beneficiary sign the digitalisation solutions agreement on the programme platform.
- The agent delivers the solution and evidences it to Red.es, which pays the agent the grant assigned by the beneficiary.
Please note that, as of this review, there is no open call to apply for the voucher (see section 3).
Hosteate Solutions S.L. can only take part in steps 2 to 4 once it is a registered digitalisation agent. Until then, anything you buy from us is a regular service, outside the programme and without a voucher.
